  • Is there a consistent, reliable snapshot view of relevant and essential parts of the organization?
  •  Is a concrete and regular process in place for data and performance reviews?

Issues 

  •  Is the organization's culture conducive to identifying and solving all types of issues?
  •  Are there practical solutions being implemented for identified issues?

Metrics 

  •  Are the top priorities of the organization being tracked and met regularly?
  •  Have the specific actions and plans been implemented for the year's top five priorities?

Scorecard 

  •  Are there clear metrics for everyone focusing on leading indicators for strategic goals?
  •  Does everyone in the organization understand their role in achieving these metrics?

Execution check list

  • Are tasks in your organization being efficiently executed?
  • Are tasks clearly defined?
