My Mission

My professional career has been a diverse and eclectic

 journey of exploration and growth. 

I have been an experimental theater artist, lighting designer, bike messenger, guitarist, entrepreneur, senior technology manager, CIO, CEO, Executive Director, Founder and Board member. I have extensive experience with start-ups, non-profits, private and public companies, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. I have been a Forbes Technology mentor,  a management consultant, and an Executive life coach.

I have helped organizations develop and implement effective strategies and solutions, guiding strategic planning, organizational development, process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency. I have a deep understanding of the business landscape and the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities. 

I have helped individuals navigate early and late career changes, major life transitions, finish books and translations, find work/life balance, find new purpose, and even get back into the gym.

I am passionate about creating innovative solutions and inspiring individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
